Lovely for enjoying the garden in the evening.

These are one of the most memorable flowers I have ever grown. A tiny seed the size of a grain of salt. A magnificent towering unbelievably fragrant flower. It does take some space but it is a real delight in the evening when it blooms. It has been twenty plus years and I still remember it vividly. If you are a large flower lover this will not disappoint.

A study in sizes - from dust to dinosaur

Mammoth plant with delicate white flowers. We started several plants for family members and they grew best in pots that were kept cooler. Super tiny seeds but good germination. We were hoping it would be a far stronger fragrance- it is lovely but you need to get your nose right up to the flower to get it. Very fun and surprising grow!

EASY TO GROW-EXTREMELY FRAGRANT

by

Easy to grow and super fragrant with dangling tubular white flowers that stand straight out from the stalk in the evening. (note:fragrance is only detectable in the evening). They can take our Texas heat!

Tall and Lush

by

I started a few of these from seed 3 years ago, and they self seed readily now (but not too much). The plants get about 4-5 feet tall, the foliage is a little "sticky" to the touch and smells amazing.

Everyone who sees this plant wants to know what it is.

NO-scented tobacco in my experience

by

It grew tall and flowered, but the flowers didn't smell like anything. I tried coming out at various times during dusk, full evening, early morning and never got so much as a whiff of scent. Extreme disappointment.
