Seed Savers Exchange continues to work closely with Slow Food USA. This season an additional 7 varieties (listed below in bold) were approved for boarding onto the Ark of Taste. We are proud to now offer 38 varieties that are listed on the Ark of Taste and look forward to future cooperation with Slow Food USA, which will introduce more heirloom varieties to consumers around the country.
